MSR re-associates with MSA in 2019

A change in the MSA Affiliation criteria sees Mechspec Racing Club reassociated with the governing body in 2019. This means that members of Mechspec Racing Club can now apply for both their MSA and WOMZA race licences with just the one club membership.
